Job Description

Roles & responsibilities:a. Enquiry handling:1. Review of Tender documents on receipt to ensure its completeness and clear understanding of work scope.2. All in - house co - ordination for preparation of techno commercial offer including follow - up , collection of input from internal supporting teams.3. Responsible for preparation and getting approval from reporting manager on order costing sheet before onward submissions to clients.4. Good knowledge of commercial terms and conditions and ensure that commercial submissions to tenders are fully complied with all necessary details.5. Analyzing costs and sales , Maintain database from existing and on - going proposals.6. Organize Order Handover Meetings to internal teams.b. Project Management:1. Review of contracts with the cross functional team to notify the company of new contracts and ensure delivery of all requirements on schedule.2. Review of design deliverables for compliance of design with customer requirements.3. In tandem with procurement team , identify and monitor critical paths during project execution to ensure on time delivery.4. Follow up with the customer on the status of the project and developing strategies to ensure reliable and effective solutions to ensure both company and customers objectives are achieved.5. Facilitate timely and swift responses to clients during emergency issues on site thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and business relationship. 6. Maintain records of project data base and back up data.7. Achieving monthly targets order booking , billing and collection of payments8. Preparation and monitoring of monthly , quarterly and annual order booking plan and Sales plan.9. Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing as single point of contact for the companysales , key account management , tender , techno commercial , generators , turbine , power Transmission ,
