Job Description

    Responsibilities and Accountabilities
    • Ensure continuous improvement of Quality of COE Elec / TE input and outputs :
      • Ensure RFC are properly categorized and recorded in CJB
      • Monitor COE Elec BLR NC and RFC rate: support development and indus teams to identify root cause and permanent corrective action, monitor implementation
      • Strengthen quality of inputs for TEE (Supplier electrical interfaces)
      • Ensure update of Electrical PFMEA for looms and cubicles
      • Ensure FAI GO ON TIME for part developed at supplier (Cubicle Frame, Terminal Blocs)
    • Follow up tool issue resolutions:
      • Capture and support permanent correction of issues linked to tools (Delmia, IGE, CATIA)
      • Participate witrh Central Metier to IGE CCB to contribute to tool improvement
      • Support COE Elec BLR team in usage of IT tool (Key User)
    • Build and animate QMS for COE Elec BLR :
      • Define clear SIPOC and processes for Electrical scope (TE + COE Elec)
      • Ensure COE Elec and TE ramp up for being ISO and APSYS auditable
      • Responsible for leading the IRIS and APSYS audits for the CoE Elec BLR
    • Build an Electrical DFQ structure:
      • In liaise with PMO, propose a DFQ check list for Electrical sub system
    • In link with Planning Manager, ensure this check list synchronization with project level
    Main Required Competencies : Educational Requirements : Mandatory: Master s degree Desirable: Electrical Manufacturing / Engineering Experience : Mandatory:
    • 8+ years Experience in Electrical Engineering or manufacturing
    • Knowledgeable of NEO process
    Desirable:
    • Knowledgeable of Electrical product
    • Knowledgeable of Quality tools (8D, PFMEA)
    Competencies & Skills
    • Good Communication (information sharing, negotiation without conflict)
    • Able to work in an international, multi-site and matrix organization structure.
    • Pro-activity and customer focus
    • Strong Quality mindset (problem solving mindset)
    • Structured and logical, Macro knowledge is a plus
