You will be the first Engineering Manager in India (and as such we want to hire the best) and will lead a team of 15 Super - Smart Developers. Experience 10 years of experience in building up large scale distributed systems. Qualification Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms and familiarity with distributed , fault - tolerant system design , and high - performance engineering. Written tens of thousands of lines of code. Proven technical leadership experience. Strong technical background in product development. M. Tech in Computers / Mathematics / Electronics of equivalent. Responsibilities Inculcate a culture of Innovation driving Engineering Excellence and continuous improvements. Recruit , hire and ramping up the top technology talent in India Have insightful and Motivated Technical Leadership.
