Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

      • Key Responsibilities : a: Experience of MF tools like OMi, SiteScope ; b: Hands on experience on NNMi and Ops-Connector OOB and SNMO traps integrations ; c: Assist in technical feasibility analysis ; d: Good to have experience in scripting
      • Technical Experience : a: 8 Years of experience in MF/HPE tools like OMi, SiteScope, NNMi, Ops-Connector ; b: Good to have scripting experience ; c: Good to have Splunk knowledge and experience ; d: Ability to liaise with 3rd party vendors and manage highly profile escalation calls
      • Professional Attributes : a: Excellent customer facing skills ; b: Experience working with a global team ; c: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ; d: Good verbal and written communication
