Total 10+ years of work experience including successful completion of minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA full life cycle implementations in IS Retail with FMS.More than 3+ years in Support experience and DomainShould be a graduate degree holderHands-on capabilities include: blueprinting, configuring, testing and go-live support in IS Retail with SAP S4HANA Retail & Fashion, SAP Merchandise Distribution, SAP Retail POSDM SAP Retail Pricing, Promotions, Bonus Buys and Markdowns, Replenishment, Additional management, Retail Consignment and SAP Allocations, SAP POS system RetalicsShould have experience in Sales & Distribution in creation of orders, order type, pricing, schedule lines, delivery, copy control, billing and shipment. Generate advanced shipment notification via shipmentsExpertise in CAR and CAR integration alongwith pricingStrengths include strong understanding of the business enterprise processes and skills to provide effective SAP solutions according to the business requirements in Retail FMSEffective Interaction with the business and IT users to understand the AS-IS processes and mapping them with the new to-be processes modeled in SAP.Support the user in incident management, change management & service managementExperience in the development of Business Process model, End user training, and Documentation.Hands on experience in various data migration techniques like Migration Cockpit, LSMW, BDC, BAPI, etc.Working knowledge of MS office (Excel and Words), Power point PresentationDesirable: IS R CertificationExtensive problem solving, decision-making skills coupled with excellent teamwork, communication and interper-sonal skills.Good Oral and Written communication skills in German and expertise in core team and end user training.Strong customer and Quality focusProactive in learning and highly self motivated Key Skills: 1.
