Job Description

    JD FOR PEOPLE SUPPORT DATA & ANALYTICS1. Designation: People Operations Specialist2. Location: Bangalore3. Qualification && Experience: 5-6 yrs of experience HR Operations.4. Scope: The person will be responsible for managing HR Operations with a focus on data reporting and analytics.Should be able to manage the show independently with minimum supervision.5. Roles && responsibilities:a) HR MIS && other reports:- Periodic && adhoc Reports: Will be responsible for the Monthly Reports/dashboards using various sourcesonline and offline tools/systems. Will also be a point of contact for any adhoc data / reporting requests andbe able to manage the stakeholder expectations.- Data reporting && Analytics: Should be able to churn out meaningful insights and draw inferences from datametrics pertaining to Comp && Ben, attrition, new hire, employee anniversary, leave usage, vendor evaluationetc. on regular and request basis- Automation: Should have a strong bent of mind to explore avenues / tools / resources to bring inautomation in new and existing processes.b) HR System && data management: Would be responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the HR system(Workday) and due diligence on data sanity checks. Ensuring constant internal audit, sharing observations andtaking corrective actions would be neededc) Managing ERP && Trackers: The incumbent should behands on with WorkDay and be able to draw relevantreports from the system. Should be able to manage all relevant trackers.d) HR Operations: Would be responsible for managing the complete hire-to-retire/separation process.e) Internal &; External Audits: Will be the first POC for any kind of audit requirements i.e. internal or external forthe documents, files and other relevant details4. Other requirements:i. Should be proficient with MS Excel (including Macros), Google Spreadsheets.ii. Knowledge of any of the BI tools (Zoho, Tableau, SAP etc.) would be a plusiii. Should have good communication skills.iv. Should possess high level of integrity considering the kind of data and documents he/she will be handlingv. Should be able to co-ordinate and manage different stakeholders.vi. Should be conversant with data management and have an eye for detailvii.
