Job Description

Requirement : One

Minimum Eligibility Criteria :

Candidate should have minimum One to two years of work experience

Expertise in MS Excel

Qualification : Graduate in Commerce

Responsibilities :

Vendor balances and checking of pending uploads on a daily basis

Vendor payments on a daily basis to Suppliers

Co-ordinating and negotiating with BD Team for upload requirements

Downloading and maintaining Supplier reports, MIS

Tracing Trip IDs and keeping a daily record of Untraced trips/Dupe bookings/Fraud

Co-ordinating with various teams (internal & external) as regards to Untraceable trips, pending uploads from airlines, pending uploads and other related Vendor issues

Reconciliation of Vendors in Excel and Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Preparing month end schedules

Assisting in month end closing activities

Taking midnight Vendor balances for month end closing

Other Vendor related activities

Qualities :
