Job Description

Rand Analytical Development Food DivisionQualification: MSc. ChemistryYears of experience: 3 to 5 yearsJob Profile:1. Analysis of Raw materials and finished products related to Foods specific to snacks, Masala, RTD, Readyto cook etc.,2. Experience in new method development for the active ingredients.3. Experience in basic wet analysis, Proximate analysis, Heavy metal residues, Pesticide analysis andAflatoxins and NOTS.4. Understanding of FSSAI - analytical requirements related to different product categories.5. Good understanding and hands on experience of instruments like UV spectrophotometer, GasChromatography, High performance Liquid chromatography, GCMS and LCMS etc.,6. Maintaining Lab records, reports and other documentation work.7. Knowledge and experience in method Validation and exposure to NABL lab Accreditation processpreferred.8. Knowledge on basic microbiology analysis of food products preferred.9. Candidate should be a Good team player and possess soft skills like good communication, passion tolearn and able to interact with Marketing, Factory, vendors to excel business requirements.
