  1. Calendar Management of the Secure power Leaders.
  2. Travel Management (Visa documentation, booking).
  3. Event Management (town halls, team meetings, off sites, lunches and more).
  4. Visitor Management.
  5. Invoice checking and leave tracking for contractors.
  6. Should have knowledge in administrative works.
  7. Should have good communication skill in English and Kannada languages.
  8. Must be responsible to check & organize the schedules, plans and meetings;
  9. To manage director correspondences & calendar;
  10. To make note of minutes of meeting,provide overall administrative support.
  11. Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
  12. Typing, preparing and collating reports FilingOrganizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  13. Managing databases
  14. Prioritizing workloads
  15. Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  16. Liaising with relevant organizations and clientsCoordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.
  17. Logging or processing bills or expenses of more senior, training and supervisingjunior staff
  18. All related activities of Secretary.
