Work as part of legal team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of legal requirements of the organisation.Key Responsibilities Responsible for drafting , vetting and reviewing legal agreements. Responsible for drafting various notices and replies; should be aware of basic concepts of contract acts , property laws and labor laws. Drafting communication and emails briefs with a sharp eye for critical facts and a smooth hand for impeccable drafting. Ensuring legal compliance of the business as per the current enforceable law. Responsible for keeping himself / herself updated on the latest legal amendments; should appraise appropriate stakeholders on new amendments and legal judgments as per business needs. Conducting legal Risk Analysis and legal due diligence. Responsible for timely and efficient delivery of legal deliverables. Additional Skills Desired Having an expertise in understanding legal implications and its impact on the business. Excellent command over spoken and written English. Excellent legal document drafting skills. Ability of multi - tasking and eagerness to learn. Exposure to International Law / GDPR Regulations. Knowledge of Cross Border Immigration Law.,
