Profile : Sales Tele calling Executive- Candidates who can join Immediate or within 15 daysLocation : Bangalore- Work From OfficeRole and Responsibilities :1. To provide correct and latest information about the projects to the client.2. To maintain transparency with clients by updating them on company policies.3. Regular follow up on allocations & references.4. Regular feedback to the marketing on the received allocations.5. Handle In-bound and outbound calls on a rotating basis6. Understand client requirements and provide project details7. Convincing clients about the project and fix site visits8. Ad posting in various property portals9. Continuous follow ups on enquiries generated from various sources10. Convert enquiries to leads11. Achieve site visit target12. Use company guidelines appropriately13. Update site visits, through ERP software14. Ensure on the site visit bills, enquiry number to be written before sending to the accounts department for the payments15. Ensures all the Site visits process is IT enabled (where applicable)Skill set Required : 1. English & Kannada Speaking Proficiency mandatory2. Follow up leads Contact Client, conduct effective meetings and close deals3. Interpersonal and Communication Skills4. Familiar with current social media trends5.
