Job Description

    1. Performing blood draws using venipuncture or finger-stick methods, ensuring patient comfort and safety.2 Properly labeling, storing, and transporting collected samples to the laboratory, maintaining sample integrity and adhering to standard operating procedures.3 Greeting patients, explaining procedures, verifying patient information, and providing a positive and compassionate patient experience4 Maintaining accurate patient records, including test details, results, and other relevant information.5 Assisting in managing supplies like vacutainers and syringes6 Following infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and safe environment7 Understanding and implementing proper safety and hygiene protocols.8 Ability to manage workload, track samples, and maintain accurate records.9 Compassion, empathy, and the ability to create a comfortable experience for patients during blood draws.
