We are scaling up and need a Director Finance to be based out of Bengaluru!Our customers are distributed across the globe in domains like Internet eCommerce, Mobile, Networking, Gaming, Traveling, Mobile Apps and list goes on. We are looking for Director, Accounting who will be responsible for all the financial aspects of the company.Scalable accounting and financial operations. Periodic financial reports, accounting records maintenance, Budget controls, Risk Management, Annual financial results, Annual audit, Reports to the CFO.Experience 5 Years Qualification Management Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and proceduresManage outsourced functionsOversee the operations of the accounting department.Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations, especially their control systems, transaction- processing operations, and policies and procedures. Responsibilities Transactions and Reporting Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely mannerEnsure that all reasonable discounts are taken on accounts payableEnsure that accounts receivable are collected promptly.Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed.Ensure that required debt payments are made on a timely basis.Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions.Issue timely and complete financial statements.Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual reports.Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operationsCalculate and issue financial and operating metrics.,
