Job Description

Role: Finance Manager Locations: Bangalore (Millers Road) Responsibilities:

  • - Maintenance & review of overall books ofAccounts including various reconciliation report.
  • - Internal & concurrent Audit
  • - Statutory & Tax Audit
  • - Preparation of Financial statements of various small and medium entities.
  • - Compliance withInd AS/IFRSwhileauditing financial statements of various entities, IncomeTaxAct and GST Act applicable to the entity.
  • - Preparation of tax and statutoryAudit Reports of various entities in compliance
  • - CompaniesAct,2013, Form 3CD- 3CA/CB, Form 10B.
  • - Preparation of Form 15 CB & 15CA, Calculation of advance tax payable
  • - Calculation of GST payable and filing of various return of GST on monthly basis.
  • - Generation of TDS challan and e-filing ofTDS Forms.
  • - Preparation of MIS report at the end of every month,for themanagement to evaluate financial performance of entity.
  • - Ensure the deliverable iserror free and always maintainhigh quality.
