We are bringing digital credit to the mass market in India and significantly improving the economy through financial inclusion.Position Responsibilities : Financial Controllership : - Managing the financial reporting including monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, build forward looking financial plans, and all statutory financial reporting.- Analyzing and reporting on financial performance.- Developing and implementing accounting policies along with internal controls.- Overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls.- Overseeing accounts payable team, vendor payments, and monitoring period and expense provisioning.- Review and analysis of cost, profits, cost centers, break even analysis, product wise profitability etc.- Maintenance and documentation of accounting procedures & policies.- Maintaining relationships with external auditors and banks. - Identifying areas to improve business efficiencies and reduce costs- Working closely with Leadership team to deliver reports, analysis findings, potential risk areas and forecast opportunities.About You :- CA with Insurance Experience- Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting- Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns- Good verbal and written communication skills- Sound decision-making skills based on accurate and timely analysis- Results-oriented and metrics-driven- Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and manage staff at all levels- Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics, and dependability- Ability to work under pressure- Ability to collaborate with upper management to organize, plan and achieve company financial goals,
