Job Description

    Fire Fighting Plumbing ManagerQualification: GraduateJob DescriptionInterpreting & enforcing provisions & codes of fire prevention, fire safety laws, ordinances and fire related regulationsPerforming periodic inspections of new and existing building structures and installations requiring fire clearance or approval; identifying fire hazards & recommending corrective actions; performing follow-up inspections to ensure implementation of corrective measures Enforcing building, fire, electrical, mechanical and plumbing codes related to fire regulations; ensuring proper quality materials are being used and correction of defects Applying basic engineering principles and system design of buildings and fire protection systems; applying building, zoning, national standards, and NFPA Fire related codes Conducting audits / mock drills to ensure fire prevention measures are in place and identifying areas of improvement Investigating complaints and alleged violations of building& fire regulations: issuing notices of non-compliance or notices of violations to correct violations of applicable ordinances Conducting/participating in employee safety and accident prevention programs; providing training and explaining work instructions to subordinate Fire & Safety Officers; organizing training for the personnel on emergency prepare and managementKey SkillsComputer ManagementAdministration ManagementOperation ManagementInterested Candidate -Sends their updated Resume on this Mail Id: - (hidden_email)
