Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Follow companys Safety instructions and 3S activities. 2. Manage Quality Management System (QMS) in the Company 3. Handle all the quality issue (customer, supplier and in-process). 4. Conduct audits on manufacturing runs to ensure compliance with the established quality system and control plan. 5. Provide training to all related personnel whenever new or updated specification. 6. Establish Work Instruction (WI) and Enhance existing WI and Procedure. 7. To prepare the following quality documents: - a. Control plan b. Process flow chart c. PFMEA d. Corrective Action for field claims / QC Info e. In-coming inspection standard f. Out-going inspection standard g. PPAP for customers h. PQA i. Work Instruction 8. Attend to customer compliant and able to presents the Corrective action in front of the customer. 9. Organize emergency meeting as per abnormality procedure. 10. Check implementation and effectiveness of corrective action taken. 11. To plan and organize testing analysis. 12. To plan and conduct supplier quality audit. 13. To ensure proper maintenance and well-being of entire measuring equipments 14. To plan and organize calibration activities. 15. Plan, organize and implement statistical quality report. 16. Qualify the operators in defined qualification areas such as Brazing, Leak text, FI & DI. 17. Prepare dept. employees Skill matrix and time to time provide on job training. 18. Any other functions assigned by your immediate superior.
