JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Franchisee Acquisition Manager - Mumbai 1. Will be part of mid management team to drive the franchisee network growth & business of the organisation in his territory. 2. Will be responsible to build and manage his team comprising of direct and indirect team members 3. Will drive the lead management and franchisee prospecting as an individual contributor. 4. Will establish connections with other channels to generate quality franchisee leads to prospect 5. Will be responsible to handhold the Master Franchisees & franchisees through- out franchisee life cycle in his territory. 6. will be responsible for achieving the franchisee sign-up and revenue targets of the organisation from his region. Desired profile 1. Knowledge & experience in franchising of mid / high ticket concepts. 2. Should have fair amount of knowledge on different geographies within India. 3. Willing to extensive travelling across India as & when required. 4. Ability to strategies, execute, measure and improve performance of self & team 5. Possess selling, presentation skills and creativity 6. Great people management skills 7. Exceptional problem solving skills 8. Pleasing & warm personality 9.
