Job Description

    The Front Desk Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and supervision of the front desk team. The Front Desk Manager ensures the highest levels of guest service and that standards are in place. The Front Desk Manager must have a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak guest occupancy. We are currently recruiting a Front Desk Manager to join our team. The Front Desk Manager /Administrative Assistant will be primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of a busy front office as well as working collaboratively with management, financial service, insurance, and compliance team members and visiting guests to meet client (internal and external) deliverables and deadlines
    • Provide a high level of customer service and assistance to clients, and co-workers both inside and outside of the immediate team.
    • Communicate in person and through correspondence with high-level contacts inside and outside the company such as vendors, customers, and senior leadership.
    • Schedule meetings and appointments for staff, including coordinating and confirming attendance, and arranging meeting locations, equipment, and supplies.
    • Prepare board meeting documentation including electronic and bound paper copies.
    • Locate and attach applicable file information or previous correspondence to facilitate a prompt resolution.
