Job Description

    Job Description:We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Front Desk Customer Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support. The Front Desk Customer Care Assistant will handle inquiries, manage appointments, and assist with various administrative tasks.Responsibilities:
    • Greet and welcome customers in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, email and in-person.
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
    • Schedule appointments and manage booking systems efficiently.
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
    • Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
    • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
    • Knowledge about Sports & Fitness.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
    • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
    • Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
