Job Description

As a Lead UI Developer , you will be responsible for managing all front-end visual design and development to support marketing team, including websites and microsites, landing pages, apps, email and other initiatives. You will also own and drive UI strategy for the marketing team producing high performing, scalable, robust and best in a class user interface. Finally, you will collaborate with UX professionals, backend engineers, and product management to realize and deliver new capabilities to customers in a fast-paced work environment.

4+ Years of Experience in Front end Development/Web Development
  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or relevant college degree.
  • Extensive experience developing complete Ajax based REST single page applications.
  • Must be proficient at resolving cross-browser compatibility issues.
  • Expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS (with a working understanding of HTML5, CSS3/SASS, Responsive Design, modern web standards and accessibility techniques)
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript(ES6/7)/jQuery, AJAX, JSON, and related frameworks in cross-platform development.
  • You understand the usage of a UI Framework such as Bootstrap/Materialize/Flexbox etc.
  • Participating in design reviews, coding modules, code reviews and unit testing.
  • Knowledge of build tools like Grunt/Gulp/Webpack etc. is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Pardot, HubSpot, etc. will be a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Own the entire development process for all marketing tools, like website pages, sales tools, emailers and more;
  • Collaborate with designers to define, build and evolve a consistent and coherent design language to be used for development
  • Using HTML/CSS/JavaScript to turn wireframes and visual designs into compelling production user experiences
  • General knowledge of SEO and marketing analytics best practices, Writing clean, standards-compliant, scalable, reusable, quality code
