Job Description

Job DescriptionThe candidate will be responsible for Global German Language Translation Helpdesk Support that includes Ticket Dispatching and Processing, Voice Support, Alert/ Queue Monitoring activities and Translation of tickets.The individual must possess the basic skills / abilities and demonstrate that she/he can perform the essential functions.Role/Responsibilities

  • Level 1 and Level 2 support responsible for Ticket Dispatching and Processing, Voice Support, Alert/ Queue Monitoring activities
  • Coordinating with the users and other stakeholders of the process in English and German
  • Email/ Ticket Translation
  • Translation of ticket related documents
  • Maintain the required trackers and publish the same at required intervals
