Job Description

Location: Bangalore, HybridJoin our dynamic team as the Global Content Team Manager! Lead a talented group of editors, specialists, and proofreaders to create impactful content. Mentorship, creativity, and growth await you!Your future employer: A leading global insurance broker and risk consulting firm with operations in more than 11 countries all over the world.Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Global Content team, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and performance monitoring.
  • Mentor and develop Content Specialists and Deputy Editors to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Participate in content production when necessary, ensuring adherence to guidelines and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess team performance, identify growth opportunities, and maintain cohesive teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 8 years of editorial team management, with proven writing experience.
  • Professional fluency in English, exceptional communication, and presentation skills.
  • Empathetic leader, skilled mentor, with project management understanding.
