The objective of this role is to develop, maintain, enhance and drive the processes and activities around Blackline and other R2R related activities. This person will coordinate and manage a team of directly or indirectly assigned super user to support and manage the operational activities for Blackline as well as relevant project activities. This role will require a strong collaboration & engagement within the FRA business community in local, regional or global center as well as a close collaboration with the ERP support functions.o Actively contribute to the Blackline implementation project and the respectively assigned tasks, in-cluding: o Support application configuration and process design o Actively participate in design activities o Prepare knowledge management materials to support end users and ongoing solution support o Lead and coordinate the activities of a team of directly or indirectly assigned super user to manage Blacklines solutions. o Lead, maintain and support regular monthly activities for Blackline applications and other related month end closing activities and processes. o Lead knowledge sharing and continuous improvement sessions to ensure the best leverage of Black-line system capabilities. o Identify, design and implement ongoing enhancements to further develop R2R processes and appli-cations. o Regularly monitor operations across the organization to ensure alignment with defined standards. o Accountable for knowledge transfer and training across Alcon organization o Accountable for the development and maintenance of training material, work instructions and solu-tion support o Accountable for timely issue and risk identification, resolution, and appropriate escalation with the key business stakeholders o Within above scope of responsibility operate according to internal standards, external audit stand-ards, regulatory standards and legal requirements. o Actively drive the Blackline implementation project and the respectively assigned tasks.1. Operational Activities are performed on time and in good quality 2. Continuously increase the level of Automation and tasks within Blackline 3. Meet defined and agreed Automation goals as per the project charter/ business case 4. Project delivery on time/on budget and at expected level of quality (defined by successful completion of hyper care in time) 5. Stakeholder feedback. Minimum requirements University Degree or similar education Excellent English both spoken and written Any other language an asset Min 4 years of business experience in R2R or simi-lar FRA functions. Leadership experience in project/operational roles in an international environment. Experience in project management and/or SAP deployment projects.,
