This applies in particular to Modernization, End of Life and Audit/Consulting servicesCore mission will be to create profitable innovative service offer for Green Modernization, SF6 End of Life, extended consulting for Power Services, Secure Power and Industry Services in order to extend life cycle of customer installation as well as properly pitch the reduced environmental impact.Activities & areas of responsibility :Create highly innovative service offers for Green modernization offers for Power, Secure Power & IndustryOwnership of offer creation for renew with Unique Value PropositionMonitor key industry competitors and disruptionMeet with end customers and partners regularly to determine service challenges and needsDevelopment of the offers profitable business plan & evaluate CO2 savings impactEngagement with regional service sales and operations & commercial sales and marketing teamsAbility to drive new circular & refurbish offers in the market to ensure profitable growth through proper commercial executionPilot test offers with a fail fast mentalityAbility to bring new offers through the PMP processCoordinate with Design for Services, Power products, Power Systems for early adoption and influence on the Service requirementsEnsure SF6 recovery Offer launch & ramp upSupport country readiness for quotationwith SF6 free programm launch Test Price level & customerswillingness to collect & destroy SF6 gazFollow SF6 ban regulationevolutionSupport country on operating model evolution ( frompartner to internal), support country marketanalysisBe part of Supply Chain / Operating model strategydefinitionEnrich audit/consulting offer to address energy efficiency and CO2 reductionBasic addition intoexisting audits as a starting pointOfferdevelopment for targeted Energy Efficiency audits in selectedsub-segmentsMain Interactions :Services commercial and execution teams ,Supply Chain, Business Unitsoffer managersCountries & Segment Sales ForcesSustainability Teams & Circular Economy leaders Services LoBoffer Managers, Project ManagersKey Success factors :In-depth knowledge of the customer and countries experience Effective passion + expertise sustainability, regulations on & in the product / Power Services / Secure Power / Industry Innovative, Collaborative, able to project manage & PragmaticPerformance Measurement :Vitality Index / Successull launch / New Innovative / Disruptive offer Creation Transactionalization & localization of CR & Selectors in country (of the New Offers) #Training around the New Offers , *Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree preferred, Marketing MasterKnowledge of the large and critical electro-intensive industry, Knowledge of services business model , Minimum Operational experience of > 10 years Knowledge in sustainability , circular economy & regulationProficient computer experience in Microsoft Office ProductsExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Customer oriented, Nurturing, Farmer CharacteristicsEntrepreneurial mindset, autonomous.
