*Modernization is a key priority for Schneider to profitability grow the Services business and ensure a customer stickiness to implement digital strategy. Core mission will be :Lead, maintain and develop Protection Relay Modernization & Asset Connect offers that enable our strategic business model evolution and our growth ambitions. Identify offer evolution linked to PEP of new product integrated in our offer and lead the needed PEP in Service and Managed PWP of modernization solution . Constantly trained & deployed your offer in countries, in term of Pricing, Selector, Value Proposition & supply chain requirements, by segment & by personna.Identigy gaps in the offer to feed future roadmap, in collaboration with Future Offer manager.By delegation from Future Offer manager, we may translate those needs into service requirements, then successfully launch and manage offers. Constantly Benchmark offer value proposition with our competitorsqBe the offer manager for Protection Relay & Asset connect Modernization Offers.qManage features, pricing and launch offer taking into account the 7 marketing P (Price, Product, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Proof of evidence)qMaintain a high leved of standardization to increase and speed up offer transactionalizationqBe accountable for the growth & profitability of your offerqProvide regular customer updates, market trends to fuel the Services roadmap qBuild, maintain and leverage strong relationships with countries, commercial, execution to influence adoptionqEngage, support and influence regional sales and commercial & execution teams. Ensure follow up (cover E2E process, from platforming to delivery)qShare and implement best practices to drive up Digital ModernizationqCreate and provide offer training, marketing playbooks, in coordination / support with Services LoB, commercial and execution, *Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree preferred, Marketing MasterKnowledge of the large and critical electro-intensive industry, Knowledge of services business model Knowledge in protection relays &/or ecoStruxureProficient computer experience in Microsoft Office ProductsExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Customer oriented, Nurturing, Farmer CharacteristicsEntrepreneurial mindset, autonomous.
