Job Description

    Job DescriptionOverall 5 - 8 years of experience in SAP ME with 2 end to end implementations in SAP ME 15.3 / 15.4 design & development of Application.
    • Good Knowledge on REM and Discrete manufacturing processes (PP, PM, QM & EWM)
    • Design, Development / Configuration and Enhancement of ME functionalities
    • Shop Order, SFC, Production Execution, Traceability and Build History
    • Lot & Serial manufacturing, Assembling & Confirmation
    • Inventory - Goods Issue / Receipt (GI/GR) and Packing with EWM Integration
    • Quality - Inspection, Sampling, Non-Conformance (NC), Disposition Routing, Rework/Scrap, Data collection (DC), Capturing Inspection result & transfer it to S/4HANA,
    • Production Performance, OEE, Downtimes and Notification
    • Labor tracking & ME Reporting s
    • POD / UI customization & Scanner Integration (Barcode / QR Code / 2D / DMC)
    • SAPMEINT CTC, Workflow configuration, Queue Monitor and Message processing
    • Good knowledge of Shop-floor automation & Integration using MII / PCo
    • PAPI, ME Webservices, ME OData Services
    • OPC Connectivity, MQTT, Modbus, Web service, File/ PDF based, XML & Message processing,
    • Good knowledge of S/4HANA Integration (SAPMEINT), DRF Framework, RFC & IDOC
    • Good understanding of MII, Transaction, Queries, XML & XSLT
    • Good understanding of NWA & NWDS
    • Solution deployment, Go-live preparation & Support
    • Experience of developing the interfaces - SAP ME to S/4HANA / Automation systems / Machines / Other standalone software s
    • Involved in client facing roles starting from requirement gathering for MES with understanding of automation and Integration, fit gap analysis, solution deployment, UAT & troubleshooting
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Design and develop SAP ME applications to meet organizations and user s requirement
    • Conduct Business Process workshops and analysis (Blueprinting) and develop SAP ME requirements in conjunction with SAP project team and end users.
    • Hands-on development of SAP ME application content
    • SAP ME Transport Management Version Control using Net Weaver Developer Infrastructure (NWDI).
    • Should be able handle independently implementation/Rollout/Support activities
    • Will be responsible for day-to-day development / support tasks
    • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
    • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
