Job Description

    We are looking for a rock star Graphics Designer for our team in Bangalore GlowRoad(a unit of Amazon), India, who will work on different Cross-channel/Cross-site marketing projects, all aimed at supporting marketing campaigns and offering clients compelling and engaging visual experiences. The candidate should be a learning expert who is creative, analytical and able to coordinate a small team of graphic designers working on the same project.GlowRoad is a social commerce company that sells products to customers at wholesale prices and helps them resell on Facebook and WhatsApp. It also provides them with all reselling services like logistics network, e-commerce website, and the ability to collect cash.Key job responsibilitiesHelp design marketing and promotional materials including banners posters, social media post campaigns or off-site banners, maintaining high productivity, quality standards and meeting turnaround time targets.Design landing pages for brands, Newsletter, new offers & campaign. Work on Google banners for deals & new campaign.Create & design new ideas & artwork for events & campaigns.Implement creative posts for social media.Propose user-centered designs by integrating style guides, creativity, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.Work closely with Art/Creative Directors, copywriters, graphic designers and site merchandisers to help ensure quality control.Exhibit an ability to follow creative lead as expected, and also contribute to push the creative envelope in a constructive, memorable way with the customer in mind.A day in the lifeIn this hands-on, versatile role, we are looking for a candidate who can effectively interprets creative briefs and develops bar-raising creative for visual brand systems, onsite experiences,The ideal candidate is a design thinker, motivated to develop the best solution for every challenge, regardless of scope, length or budget. You professionally present your work, with enthusiasm for both inspired creative and logical thinking. You will be working alongside a team of designers, art directors, and project managers to bring the brand to life across key touch points. Additionally, you will guide internal and external teams on executing the brand guidelines to a high standard across channels., 2+ years of design and motion graphics experience at a creative agency or similar experienceExcellent English written/verbal communication skillsAn available online portfolio that demonstrates visual design/Motion graphics skills.Proficiency in creative tools such as Photoshop, GIF Animation,Illustrator, Premiere pro and after effectUnwavering dedication to craft from idea to execution.Conceptualise and execute narrative storytelling ability.Willing to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment, under tight deadlines.Qualification any graduate. Prior work experience is mandatory. Relevant experience in retail, marketing or communications will be preferred Understanding of Brand visual identity/design Experience in coordinating design projects. Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback from different teams.
