Responsible for all aspects of graphics software debug for issues logged by customer facing teams as well as those identified during end to end feature Integration/enablement in the server space on multiple OS (Linux Distros, Windows) Debug tools development, e2e feature integration/enablement of various multi node/multi cluster end to end scenarios. For Debug Tools, strong capable Python and C/C++ programmer with solid experience driving algorithmic solutions from prototype to implementation including OS/Driver debug skills is required. Debug Compute and 3D stacks spanning concurrency, scale-up/out, multiple concurrent VMs including SRIOV and legacy, etc. Proven experience in handling all aspects of SW debug including OS (Window/Linux), Kernel and device drivers. Ability to learn and adapt quickly in ambiguous environments like customer escalations with a keen focus on problem solving. Need to be able to handle both tops down system level issues as well as low level issues involving hardware-software co-debug working closely SW/HW architects and developers towards root-cause and solutions. Comfortable in interpreting software and hardware design specifications through design flow and low level register programming details and implications. Looking for a candidate with positive attitude, disciplined and ability to work in stressful and competitive environment with good written/verbal communication skills.QualificationsCandidate should possess a Masters degree with 3+ years of experience or Bachelors degree with 5+ years or in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering Your experience should be in the following: Thorough deep understanding of Windows, Linux OS architectures Deep understanding of graphics hardware and software. Deep understanding of industry standard APIs and frameworks such as DirectX, OpenCL, various HPC workloads and so on will be required. Good understanding of Linux Kmd (i915) and Compute stack Sound knowledge of software development is critical. C, C++. Python programming expertise and experience is required.
