Job Description

    Job OverviewWere looking for a person who will take ownership of growth marketing at The opportunity is to help shape the trajectory of a young brand in an exciting space - food.Responsibilities
    • Understand the target audience and build a comprehensive growth marketing plan to help achieve business goals - user acquisition and retention
    • Own the customer acquisition process and channels - ASO, SEO, SEM, display, affiliates, as well as marketing automation - strategy, execution, and measurement
    • Collaborate with the brand team to develop compelling communication that will make our marketing more engaging and effective
    • Partner with the product team to drive better conversions through the funnel, as well as enhance retention
    • Develop dashboards with the help of the data team to measure and report results and actionable insights to the leadership team and peers on a regular basis
    Qualification: MBA or equivalentSkills & Experience
    • 4-8 years of proven experience in a growth marketing role, preferably in a startup
    • Deep expertise in performance marketing and digital marketing in general - channels, tools, processes, analysis
    • A combination of creative and analytical thinking
    • Problem solving mindset
    • Very strong communication and presentation skills
    • Relevant experience in team management
    • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work with people from diverse functions
    • Proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
