In charge of all planning events & anchoring the Demand Planning process across Cleartrip.Customer Funnel & Merchandising Analytics: Own the Customer funnel across Cleartrip, by reducing bounce rates, improving conversion across each step of the customer journey.Understanding the Whys behind the sales of different segments and build on the same to give the right messaging on all touch points. Use these insights to bring together the Digital marketing & brand marketing teams on the same page. This role involves working closely with the marketing communications team to develop the assets for on-site for category related campaigns.Working with in-house/ external designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines. Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the assets prepared for social and digital.Work with the internal Product and tech team to ensure the right discovery roadmap is in place. Build the right business plans for each product intervention.Work with business and product teams to drive offers and landing pages that will help in improving conversions.Ensure that all events are planned, tracked, and operate towards specific business and growth objectives.
