8. Headof Technology Eligibility Roles and Responsibilities Education : BE/ B Tech Comp Sc. (Preferable) Experience : More than 5 years who has knowledge in web design, Web Solution, web Skills Direct and manage the entire technical operations at head office. Overall responsibility of leading, developing, managing and mentoring technology teams. Work closely with the leadership team to develop and manage the long-term technical strategy for the company and translate that into an achievable action plan. In partnership with the marketing team, identify opportunities and risks for achieving the companys prime objective. Collaborate with marketing department to assess and recommend technologies that support their needs. Familiarity with technical requirements of Internet marketing and search engine optimization. Resolve all operational difficulties, including customer interface. Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms for delivering the services. Direct software and content teams to develop and deliver quality applications in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure that operational policies and procedures, including data security policies, standards, and procedures, are in place and adhered to. In conjunction with team leaders, manage vendor relationships in a manner that ensures cost-effective and timely procurement of hardware, software, and services. Allocate staff and technical resources, establish clear priorities, and track progress to meet established milestones. Ensure that all team members have clear goals and direction and develops a culture of service excellence. Communicate in a professional, effective, and timely manner with staff, management, and clients, including development of well-written emails, proposals, status reports, project plans, performance reviews, and other communications.
