The Company is looking for a saleshead to spearhead its sales and marketing operations. The position will be responsible for Sales & Marketing for all the channels including general trade, modern trade and Institutional sales and developing a sustainable distribution network across India. It is expected that the incumbent will grow in the role quickly to take charge additional functions like supply chain and product development. Ensure Market leadership position of the companys products in all segments we operate. Setting up an Annual Business Plan & define strategy to achieve sales targets for all the channels. Identify new business opportunities & customers for expansion. Making accurate forecast of stock requirements and raising timely indent with the help of production planning team. Oversee, appointment of distributions in accordance with company policy, Ensuring efficient and financially strong distributors are in place who can provide necessary infrastructure, adhere to stocking norms and meet all other company requirements. Monitoring the key distribution parameters on daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure achievement. Steering the team performance, monitoring actions, conduction of regular review meetings, motivation to achieve targets, inculcating strong team spirit. Implementation of trade promotions, consumer promotions and marketing activities. Required Skills: MBA From an Institute of repute with 10- 15 Yrs of experience. Must have handled a team size of 20+ for at least 3 to 4 yrs. Regional level exposure (Multiple states) - should have been operating at this level for minimum of 2 years plus. Exposure to Channel Sales & Modern trade Mandatory. Should have working knowledge of depot management.,
