Role Objective:To set up and manage a robust Sales & Business Development team in the territories where we operate and to create credible visibility for our brand with surgeons, physicians, & other healthcare professionals. The role also demands a seasoned healthcare professional with an ability for forging meaningful relationships with top-tier surgeons, doctors, Corporates and healthcare institutions aiming to co-create solutions that enhance the lives of our seniors.Key Deliverables:- Seeking a candidate who has the appetite for achieving QoQ sales growth- Should have grown from junior to senior level in the hierarchy and has good, doctor connect, hospitals and corporate connects.- Should be able to take up challenges.- Should have the ability to strategies and scale the business with planning and creating avenues of business channels.- Must have good connect with hospitals, doctors and corporates.- Working Experience with Leadership team is an added advantage.- Should good understanding of the region and the market.- Must have minimum 10 years of experience with majority of tenure in healthcare.Qualification / Experience:- Healthcare Experience and Understanding is a must.- Able to lead and drive the business and contribute to growth of the organisation.- Good leadership skill, taking people along.- Experience of having managed a diverse team.- Open to travel.
