    • Review, analyze and evaluate business processes and systems, both new and existing
    • Work with stakeholders to elicit requirements and develop solutions
    • Articulate requirements in the form BRDs and FRDs and ensure that they are in line with organization standards
    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are well understood and solution being built are in line with requirements
    • Ensure transparency about the current state of the project and call out / escalate risks
    • Maintain JIRAs and any other required documentation for these projects
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Business Analyst experience in the Banking domain with specific exposure to Consumer Risk Management
    • Excellent communications skills (both written and oral) are required as well as the ability to work within a diverse team
    • Extensive experience in writing BRDs and FRDs
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    Preferred qualifications
    • SQL - able to write queries to fetch data
    • Working on JIRA
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Construct workflow charts and diagrams knowledge of MS Visio
    • Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
    • Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
    • Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models
