Job Description

Brief Summary of Role: The Sales Operations Director will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with many departments: Sales, Finance, Marketing, Consulting and across the business. A successful candidate has proven experience as a systems/business architect with strong views on how our tools make our sales more powerful. Passions toward operational excellence, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to deliver fast but reliable, accurate results and insights to c-level executives in a fast paced, high growth environment. Responsibilities: Work closely with other stakeholders and owners of other solutions to fully appreciate the end-to-end business, including with business leadership Help with onboarding new Account Executives Define yearly quota and compensation plans Work with sales management to outline global territories Improve sales productivity and effectiveness Drive global forecasting processes Manage deal support to entire sales team Roll out new service offerings as they relate to the sales team Create, maintain and deliver sales training programs across a variety of medium Help manage and drive content for global sales meetings including sales kickoff, regional quarterly business reviews and mid-year global sales meetings Ensure accurate sales reporting, metric analysis, sales recognition, and other ad-hoc sales operations support activities Education and Required Experience 10+ years experience in Sales environment and operations roles preferably within a services company B.A. or B.S. in Business or Finance Strong interpersonal and team building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries. Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM and quoting tools Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Continuous improvement attitude: ability to suggest and implement best practices. Self-starter with unquestionable integrity Strong and clear communication skills You have the ability and desire to work in a high-caliber, fast-paced, team environment.
