Job Description

    Job Description
    • Experienced in software development and design (using Embedded C/Matlab/Other modeling tools,) Preferably in Powertrain Domain
    • Strong process management, project management, stakeholder management, requirement management and team handling skills
    • Adequate knowledge in Base SW Handling & AUTOSAR, NANOSAR Architectures
    • Automotive system knowledge (ECU, Sensors, Software) and technical mindset
    • Experience with RTOS, CAN, Flexray, different networking protocol
    • Experience in handling the SDLC & STLC models
    • Good knowledge of Product Development. (Additional knowledge on Functional Safety, Security Engineering Practices, Data Protection, etc - desirable)
    • Knowledge on Automotive domain Communication protocols like CAN, LIN, XCP & UDS
    • Well versed in structured development and improvement techniques for high quality, high consistency build, test, and order fulfillment processes - such as FMEA, DRBFM, 8D
    • Strong knowledge in defect handling & Metrics tracking
    • Tracking of cost and effort for overall project
    • Hands on experience in Project Management Tools (Scheduling, Defect Tracking, Metrics)
    • Ability to understand and take decision on technical proposals
    • Good knowledge of CMMI / ISO /ASPICE quality standard
    • Experience in using Change management and version management tools (like Rational ClearQuest, SVN, DOORS, Clear Case, ALM tools chain etc)
    • Experience in concurrently handling multiple projects.
