Job Description

    Job DescriptionPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:
    • To lead the Industry 4.0 consultancy in manufacturing domain
    • Work together with different business stakeholders to collect and document requirements, provide value drivers to our customers
    • Provide thought leadership in Industry 4.0
    Must Have Experience / Skills:
    • 12+ years experience in consulting and implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications in discrete manufacturing domain
    • Work closely with client Business Management Team and Users to understand as-is manufacturing processes
    • Experience in capturing business problems, value drivers, functional and non-functional requirements, identifying integration touch points of the to be proposed system with other IT systems
    • Work closely with a manufacturing process stakeholders to examine manufacturing process, comprehend operational improvements.
    • Identify KPI s, baseline the as is condition and propose KPI improvements and calculate RoI / payback period
    • Experience in assessing the IT and manufacturing process landscape, technology stack, identifying gap and issues, improvement opportunities
    • Create acceptance criteria and validate that solutions meet business needs
    • Propose Best Practice for MES, Manufacturing Operations Management (MoM) implementation.
    • Guide business stakeholders to gain acceptance / sign-off
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms / implementations
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill, analytical ability, communication, and articulation skills.
    • Familiar with Digital Transformation / Industry 4.0 tools (MES, MOM, Connectivity) and knowledge of standard communication protocols like Modbus, OPC, Profibus etc
    • Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
    • Pre-Sales activities, proposal preparation, walk-through of proposed solution to customer
    Good to have experience / skills:
    • Experience in industry 4.0 solutions in other domains like food and beverage
    • Certified in Lean SixSigma or other equivalent process improvement methodologies
