Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of SDLC verification and testing
  • Design both automated and manual test plans/test cases
  • Review manual and automated test cases for effectiveness
  • Maintain and operate existing test automation frameworks
  • Analyze and fix automation failures
Qualifications
  • Four-year-degree (BE/BTech) in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or equivalent.
  • 7 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects
  • 7 years relevant experience with hands-on manual software testing
  • 4+ years relevant working experience with Coded UI Test or equivalent automated testing using C#
  • 4+ years of proven ability to independently resolve complex issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with geographically co-located teams
Desired
  • Experience with Microsoft technology stack (Team Foundation Server, Test Manager, and MS tools)
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Experience working within a SCRUM/Agile environment
  • Experience leading/mentoring test team members in testing processes and procedures
  • Experience using Windows embedded
