Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesManager - BD Ops

  • Improve collection effectiveness while focusing on customer experience and regulatory requirements
  • Operationally manage an external collection vendor and ensure productivity and performance deliverables.
  • Design and drive innovative contact strategies including contact optimization and channel feasibility
  • Collaborates with analytics to leverage new technologies and methods
  • Drive strategy across digital and manual channels to improve money collected and reduce cost to collect
  • Plan, monitor and review the activities of collection officers for the achievement of collections targets
  • Manage multiple champion/challenger processes
  • Ensure there is a comprehensive system of reporting and quality to ensure strategy is delivered as designed
  • Audit, review & document Collections policies, strategies & practices.
Desired Candidate Profile5-8 years of work experience in Consumer Banking, Financial services / Working knowledge of MS office, vendor management, call center and dialer management, basic SQL ,data analysis, presentation skills / The candidate should possess analytical bend of mind and should be comfortable with ambiguity / Candidate should have good stakeholder management skills for this level of experience /Tremendous drive towards results.
