About the jobImplementation and review of policies from time to time.Maintain accurate C & B information of Employees.Implement T&D initiatives.Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes.Attract, retain and develop talent to support growth and business successImplement PMS initiatives across the organization.Design and implement associate engagement initiatives.Ensure the Employees are covered in group insurance / ESIC scheme.Compliance to statues relating to employees/workmen including, PF, CLRAA, MATHADI, ID.Industrial Relations should have handled Unions/Collective bargaining and responsible for maintaining a cordial Industrial environment.Work with HODs to develop Headcount plans.Ensure efficient and effective talent management program in placeEffective follows up with the claim settlement of Employees.Internal communication of key events and information in appropriate manner.Act as counsel or for Employees and address their issues.Desired Skills and Experienceoperations,QSR
