Job Description

    Record and report findings, make corrections and help develop and implement permanent, cost effective solutions. Interact with OEM for the hardware and software developments A broad knowledge in basics of Instrument and Controls Engineering practices, control theory and procedures. Proficiency in programming in c++, c structures and functions. Requirement: Attributes / Accountability Ability to work closely with customers either face to face or be telephone and is a good verbal and written communicator with a confident and positive manner Demonstrate a working style which is team oriented and values communication, participation and involvement of others Able to work effectively with high degrees of self-management making decisions around priorities Experience in Control Systems, and PLC & HMI Logic development on various PLC programming language. Knowledge on Modbus and other communication Protocols. Experience with SCADA is a plus Customizes diagnostic and monitoring software to meet project specific requirements Assist in the reduction of lead-time for production of instrumentation and control drawings Work with cross functionality teams to promptly investigate and resolve shop floor problems relating to Software issues. Drafting Electrical schematic circuits using AutoCAD/solid works. Understands the IEC, ATEX, FM, CSA, NEMA and IP codes. Hands on experience on Redion & siemens automation products wiil be Plus Ability to work on multiple projects at one time Ability to travel Up to 30% travel required annually Values : Preparation of detailed Electrical drawing and BOM for the projects. CME No.: CME/HRD/45-00 POSITION DESCRIPTION Position Title: Electrical Design Eng/PLC programmer Department: Production Engineering Department Location: CME, Dabaspet Communication Skill: Kannada, English & Hindi. Experience: 1-3yrs.
