Job Description

    POSITION 1:Maini Precision Products Aerospace Division, BommasandraKEY ACCOUNT MANAGERCTC: 15-18LWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager with a strong focus on Business Development (BD) to join our team in the Aerospace industry. As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities within the aerospace sector. Your role will involve building strong relationships with existing customers, identifying their needs, and developing customized solutions to meet their requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating new leads, cultivating partnerships, and driving the overall growth of the business.Responsibilities:Key Account Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the aerospace industry.
    • Understand customer needs, goals, and challenges to identify opportunities for business growth.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions and exceed customer expectations.
    • Conduct regular business reviews, provide performance updates, and identify areas for improvement.
    Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aerospace sector.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
    • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new projects.
    Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
    • Track market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
    • Develop and implement promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create sales collateral and enhance brand visibility.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related field. A masters degree is an added advantage.
    • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager and/or Business Development Manager in the aerospace industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of the aerospace sector, including industry trends, key players, and customer needs.
    • Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to drive sales and revenue growth.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data for informed decision-making.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual with a strong drive to succeed.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
    POSITION 2: Maini Precision Products Automobile Division, PeenyaJD -
    • Key account management responsible for marketing and coordination, involving identification, creation, and maintenance of new and existing customer.
    • Responsible for generating new ordersfrom key accounts to ensure a healthy order book for future revenues.
    • Negotiation various terms and conditions to align with Maini policies including Non-Disclosure Agreements, LOI, Long Term Agreements, GPA, Contracts etc. and finalization as required for new and existing projects.
    • Close coordination with estimation team on price estimation/fixing.
    • Finalisation of price of parts under RFQ as well as price analysis new projects. And managing the healthy profitable level of the existing parts under the key accounts.
    • Preparation of yearly sales budget as well as maintenance of order position.
    • Internal co-ordination with peers in other departments including Estimation, Engineering, Purchase, Quality, PPC, Production, Logistic, Shipping & Packing, and Finance.
    • Managing customer schedules.
    • Ensuring customer payments are received as per the agreed payment terms.
    • Timely update of company presentation for new capabilities, components, awards etc.
    • Ensure FAI procedure is completed as the commitment made to the customer.
    • Bringing in market insights for new business development.
    • Ensuring customer engagement through regular updates on development of company.
    • Close co-ordination with Head- Marketing for investor data including IPO and private investments.
    Skills -
    • Techno-Commercial with experience in Automotive component manufacturing.
    • Proven BD track record
    • Excellent in Analytics, communication and presentation.
    • Handled Export clientele in USA & Europe will be an added advantage.
    Experience:10 years.CTC: 4-8L
