Job Description

Position: Senior System Analyst / System Analyst Magento 2 DeveloperQualification: Master Degree in Computer Science or BE/B.Tech in Computer ScienceExperience: 3+ years of Magento 2 backend experience with total 8+ years of ecommerce developmentSkill Set:LAMP, Magento2, PHP 7, MySQL, XML, JSON, AJAX, Nginx, Rest API, WSDL (SOAP), Complex SQL Queries, Payment Gateway Integrations, Custom Rest API, 3rd party API Integrations.Knowledge Level:

  • Must have minimum 3 years of hands-on working experience in Magento 2 is Mandatory.
  • Hands on working experience in Magento 2 backend module development and custom rest API is mandatory.
  • Rich working experience in 3rd party REST API integration and custom Rest API development is a must.
  • Must have full knowledge on Magento 2 Database and architecture.
  • Design & develop highly scalable Magento 2 backend system that handles 50k requests per hour.
  • Should be able to develop Magento backend system that process more than 50K retail products.
  • Good Understanding of Elastic Search.
  • In-depth understanding of the entire Magento System development cycle such as design, development and production deployment.
  • Should have good working experience in integrating third party APIs with Magento.
  • Good understanding of Test / Data Driven Approach for developing Secure Magento 2 Rest APIs with proper testing modal.
  • Knowledge on Micro services will be added advantage.
  • Good Exposure in project management & ability to interact with teams.
  • Experience with agile methodology for software development will be added an advantage.
  • Must be very fluent in oral and written communication.
Responsibilities:
  • Writing custom Rest API for Mobile APP and Backend interface module development
  • Troubleshooting and optimization effort for production Magento 2 websites
  • Maintenance of the featured developed (existing as well as new) on Magento 2.x
  • Work on Magento 2 integration with external systems, OMS/ CRM/ ERP/ Payment/ Promo, Loyalty etc.
  • Analyze user stories and develop modifications and fix bugs appropriately
  • Write well-engineered source code that complies with accepted web standards.
  • Perform unit testing and automation testing of the features developed
  • Create supporting change control documentation including design documents, unit test, and deployment instructions.
  • Support continuous improvement of coding standards and best practices.
