Detailed benchmarking of various Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) for packaging and integration strategies 2. Prepare vehicle and system level packaging concepts, layouts by coordinating with styling, mechanical and electrical systems lead 3. Optimize packaging of e-Kit components towards the surrounding environment and defining requirements on surrounding systems/components 4. Studies between various design disciplines like mechanical and electrical systems to ensure adequate functional design clearances between the dynamic and static parts of the vehicle 5. e-Kit packaging concepts and layout review with internal and external stakeholders 6. Freeze e-Kit packaging concepts along with hard points by ensuring satisfactory functioning of all systems 7. e-Kit integration and release in Team centre (PDM software) to make it available for internal and external stakeholders 8. DMU analysis, report generation and coordination between different subsystem owners to resolve packaging and integration challenges 9. Interaction with vehicle platform team and get vehicle interface matrix sign off 10. Seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders to solve all challenges related to packaging, DMU and interface 11. e-Kit specification preparation and release 12. Engineering buck preparation: Buck review with CFT & project leader and sign off 13. e-Kit weight management: monitoring the modules wise CAD vs actual weight 14. Active involvement in e-Kit/vehicle proto and production proto build activities at in house assembly facilities as well as at customer vehicle assembly facilities 15. e-Kit/vehicle build concerns recording, monitoring and resolving by coordination with internal and external stakeholders,
