We are Hiring for Qualifications/Requirements 7-15 years of work experience in software engineer in Test in a large enterprise. Extensive and in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, SSL and HTTP Proficient with some Layer 7 protocols such as SMTP, FTP, DNS,RSYNC, SSH, etc. Good experience on Python automation. A technical hands-on role to contribute towards L4-L7 layers Under stand the debug for various product features related to L7 DPI engine. Work with the DPI Dev team to understand future enhancement requests, existing issues and identify the impacted areas/features for the fixes. Familiar with latest technologies such as HTML5, JSON,MIME, XML. Prior experience working with Layer 7 attack or application signature DPI engine for networking products such as IPS, IDS, Firewall, NGFW, is a big plus Prior experience of working in security features such as DLP, Encryption, etc. a big plus. AWS/CLOUD/OPENSTACK experience with Docker/Kubernetes is a big plus. Excellent problem solving & debugging skills on both Windows and Linux platforms. Good experience with packet inspection tools like Wireshark/Fiddler. Good knowledge on Cloud apps is a big plus. Good knowledge on measuring code coverage and also tools like Coverity. Knowledge of virtualization, preparing test beds, environments, experience in configuring and installing linux systems. Excellent knowledge of version management and base-lining needs for test assets. Clear understanding of the Agile -SDLC phases, especially requirements and how they map to tests. Ability to proactively comprehend problems and resolve them with minimal supervision. Energetic self-starter, with desire to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Ability to confirm objectives and drive them according to plan with a minimum oversight Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities when situation requires Ability to meet on-time, on-quality commitments for assigned program/project deliverables.
