Identifying new sales leadsStudy the lead and have a customised sale pitchManaging Existing Clients & Acquiring New ClientsGetting Requisitions from HRs & Recruitment SPOCs.Planning, organizing, executing & controlling the sourcing & servicing to clients.Gathering market information, Creating and maintaining reports on Market Info Skill Availability, Companies Mapping & Industry Mapping.Responsible for handling and building client relationships & facilitating contract / permanent staffing business from client to delivery to payment collection.Responsible for client acquisitions for respective domain, as well to achieve the target independently.Responsible for generating, maintaining and managing strong relationships with the client and fulfilling client staffing needs within minimal timeExperience in IT Industry specializing in Business Development of Staffing & Recruitment Sales would be ideal .Drafting & Analyzing Strategic MIS Reports - Daily, Weekly, Monthly & AnnualPreparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displaysWork closely with internal customer to get the delivery and service fulfilmentData management : CRM, Sales Funnel & Sales Pipeline
