Supports higher level delivery management/manager roles. Coordinates development and consolidation of technical and process documentation. Directly assists customers in identifying issues / obstacles and alternatives for resolution. Services delivered are typically less complex (in terms of number of locations, products delivered or system complexity) and smaller in revenue scope. Identifies opportunities for growth within the customer environment.Key Responsibility: Administration and Troubleshooting of Windows 2003, 2008 and 2012 servers, DHCP, DNS, IIS, ISA, Antivirus. Experience in P2V, VMotion and VMware virtual center. Hands on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of ESX server environment. Good knowledge on snapshot technologies. Good understanding of HA and DRS environment. Experience in performance tuning of VMWare servers and Virtual sessions and management of server s resources between virtual machines. Experience in backup and recovery of Virtual machines and virtual servers. Implementation, administration of Active Directory and Group Policies. Follow defined operating procedures to ensure that clients, systems and information are properly followed. Installation and Configuration of Domain Controllers.Requirement Details: 5+ years working directly with the implementation and administration of Microsoft Windows 2008/R2, 2012, 2016 server systems, both virtual and physical 2+ years experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter 6.x is strongly desired. This experience should include the planning, configuration and administration of host systems and virtual machines 2+ years or more of IT Service Management, data center, server, virtualization Excellent customer service skills with strong focus on customer satisfaction Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on quick problem resolution Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule that may include nights, weekends or holidays as required Must be process and detail oriented with the ability to multitask Strong Knowledge on the VxRail Management and vSAN administration. Added advantage, knowledge on VCF on VxRail, VDI administration Desirable requirements: Must be self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and skills to better assist customers VMware Certified Professional (VCP) preferred Microsoft Certified System Engineer 2003 Microsoft Certified IT Professional 2008, 2012, 2016 ITIL v3 Foundation preferred Understanding on the backup technologies.
