A successful candidate will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. He / she should also be able to attract candidates using various sources , like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal candidate position will be based out of our Pune and / or Bangalore office and will have a PG Degree / Master s in Human Resources combined with at least 4 - 7 years of work experience in screening , interviewing and assessing candidates.Ultimately , the responsibilities of the Human Resource recruiter will be:To ensure our company attracts , hires and retains the best employees , while growing the pipeline. Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. Ensure planning , monitoring , and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling , employees and supervisors. Maintain management guidelines by preparing , updating , and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Maintains human resource staff by recruiting , selecting , orienting , and training employees. The position will be based out of our Pune and / or Bangalore office. Candidates with a minimum 4 years of Recruitment & Hiring Experience particularly in CAD / CAM / CAE or similar industry will be preferred. ,
