Job Description

Role : HRBPExp: 9 13yrsjob Location : Mumbai(Airoli)

  1. Be the one point of contact and Manage the Compensation Benefit of around 2500 employees globally spread over 27 countries and across the organizations of Group CTO Group IT Group Cybersecurity and Group Innovation
  2. This includes Pay review define pay increase priorities calendar and process coordinate with all local HR to make sure process is well understood and respected gathering all the latest salary data and proposals to challenge them with HRBP during the pay review Responsible to make sure the budget is respected Variable pay set up the scheme templates based on Group Comp Ben guidelines communication of the scheme and deployment payout calculation For VP process will be the same but letters to be set up and tracked for signature Attend monthly Group Comp Ben call to be updated on the latest Group guidelines 2 Manage the HR MIS for all employees across 27 countries
  3. Drive analytics dashboards that will be used by leadership for business critical decisions
  4. Responsible for release of monthly HR MIS and maintaining employee data base in a manner which ensures data integrity accuracy and ease of retrieval Profile Experience in HR data systems in HR data management and analysis developed not only with India data systems but also with global and foreign data and systems Experience in compensation pay reviews variable payout calculations Ability to connect with other professionals across the globe Very good knowledge of MS Excel Rigorous tenacious Interests of the job Working at Group level Very international perimeter and team.
